Lee leads Foundations Recovery Network’s Web Marketing and IT teams. FRN is a leader in Behavioral Healthcare specializing in clients suffering with co-occurring disorders and has treatment centers in Malibu, Palm Springs, Memphis and Atlanta. He joined FRN in June 2008 where he established new campaigns and creatives for web marketing and developed new processes to analyze calls, leads and admissions. He rearchitected FRN’s call center and electronic health record system to capture and report on calls, leads and admits by marketing channel. This effort transformed FRN’s marketing effort from yellow pages, television and pay per click advertising into natural search, custom web advertising and social media exclusively.
While attending the University of Tennessee, Lee launched a popular Perot ’92 student group whose fervor caught the attention of the national Perot Presidential Campaign. After graduation in 1993, he moved to Dallas and worked for Ross Perot’s political groups including petition and ballot access drives for the Reform Party in 13 states in 1995 and 1996. Lee became the youngest state director for Perot ‘96 when he led the state of Indiana’s campaign efforts.
Following the 1996 Presidential election he moved to Perot’s IT Service’s company Perot Systems. Lee worked for Perot Systems mainly in the Healthcare Division through 2006.
His entrepreneurial spirit and creative drive led him back to Nashville working for digital music startups PassAlong and Speakerheart.
Lee also spent eight years in the U.S. Army Reserves completing Air Assault School and Officer Candidate School finishing his service as an Armor officer. Lee is a “middle of the pack” triathlete, completing seven events in 2009 and planning more for 2010. Lee is married to artist Jennifer Pepper and has two sons, Miles and Cy.
